1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with dk137, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other rules or policies published on dk137. These terms apply to all players accessing dk137 from Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

dk137 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via a notice on the platform. Continued use of dk137 following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain in compliance.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use dk137, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced and applies to all players in Bangladesh without exception.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

dk137 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. Verification may be required before a player is permitted to withdraw funds or before a bonus is released.

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days showing your name and address).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for bKash and Nagad transfers, and ৳200 for Rocket. Bank transfer minimums vary by institution. dk137 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your dk137 account. dk137 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not used for deposit will not be approved. Players should note that withdrawal processing times may be longer during periods of high platform demand, such as major BPL or IPL match evenings.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by dk137 are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Players should read the specific terms for each promotion before participating, as wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates vary between offers.

• Bonuses are credited to your dk137 account balance as bonus funds, which are separate from your real money balance. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money.
• The welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. It may not be claimed more than once per player, per household, or per device. Suspected abuse of the welcome bonus will result in bonus removal and may result in account closure.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dk137 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk137 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from technical errors or system outages; inability to access the platform due to maintenance periods or connectivity issues; losses arising from bets placed based on incorrect or outdated market information displayed as a result of a technical fault.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes dk137's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Players should be aware that online gambling carries inherent financial risk, and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

dk137 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached any of these Terms & Conditions; the account is being used for prohibited activities as described in Section 7; the player has provided false or misleading information; or the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance (including bonus funds and associated winnings) may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the player's verified real money balance will be returned to them via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief before a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
